During a lonely night at summer camp, a sleepless adolescent boy abandons his bunk and discovers an unlikely companion in the form of a solitary maintenance worker. As the worker reluctantly leads the boy through his nightly tasks and routines, they unexpectedly provide each other with the courage that they need to face a shared sense of isolation and anxiety.
