Panel Talk at BFI

On Friday February 21 I will be participating in a panel talk called Bye, Bi Invisibility: Crafting Authentic Bisexual Narratives as part of the 2025 BFI Future Film Festival.

From writing compelling bi characters to relatable romantic experiences, this session will highlight existing tropes and explore how to create new, original and authentic bisexual stories for film and TV. Gain practical advice on structuring fluidity within a story narrative and writing authentically explicit expressions of bisexuality, which will resonate with marginalized communities and allow them to feel visible on screen.
